Are You Busy?Let’s flip the internal script we often have inside our heads that lead us into believing that not only we need to work damn hard to deserve any kind of rest, but that we should be busy, constantly. That the only worth in life comes from being busy. Busy working. Busy socialising. Busy paying bills. Busy running errands. Busy with hobbies and adventures. Busy holidaying and sightseeing. Busy getting and keeping fit. Busy, busy, busy. Then we ask, what is left for us?

How do we rest and repair?

How do we rest and repair ourselves ready to carry on being all things to all those around us? We believe it is not simply a case of actually resting, and only resting after working hard. We believe that you need to work a structure into your everyday, or weekly, life that allows you to be rested so that you can enter your working day and your relationships, with energy. If we are not well within ourselves, then everything around us suffers. Our home, our family, our friends, and then of course our mental and physical health suffers. And if they don’t suffer, because you give it amazing energy every day… then look elsewhere, because something else might well be suffering and that will eventually take your attention away from yourself.
