Jen has a naturally intuitive touch — she’s fantastic at identifying the deeper structures contributing to pain, and people often leave her table saying, “how did you even find that spot?” Her sessions are thorough, calming, and deeply effective.
Me, Chloe
I lean towards functional work — I love connecting your symptoms to your movement and life habits and helping you understand the “why” behind your pain. My sessions often include mobility education, joint work, and breath awareness — especially useful for clients who want to stay pain-free long-term.
