Part of not being fragile is maintaining healthy movement even when you think you can’t.
Desk workers are one of the most common groups of people Jen and I treat, and they do find it so hard to keep movement snacks going during the day, even when they know they should, it can be difficult to know what exactly to do.
ROM+ video guides
And so, Astral Fitness is proud to introduce our ROM+ video guides to desk-based movement snacks to aid you in fitting such movements into your day. You can choose one, two, or all three, and play them in the corner of your desktop screen and follow along while still being present with your work. Or you can play them full screen to really focus on the movements. A lot of thought has been put into the videos and as such, they are silent to allow you to follow along in peace several times over – nothing worse than hearing the same things being said when you just need the timings of the movements alongside the visuals.
There are movements to address your mobility at your neck and shoulder, at your wrist and hand, and at your hips and lower back.
