Yuletide Greetings from Astral Fitness, Move, Rest, and Reconnect

As it is Christmas Eve, Jen and I at Astral Fitness Sports Massage would like to wish you the warmest Yuletide greetings.

This time of year is about connection, reflection, and gratitude. But it’s also easy to forget about yourself amidst the giving and gathering. Take a moment, even today, to breathe deeply, stretch gently, and enjoy a little mindful movement.

Gentle Exercise

A short walk before dinner, a few gentle mobility drills by the tree, or some quiet stretches before bed can all help you unwind and keep your body happy… especially if you have left all the gift wrapping until the last minute *whoops* you will find it important to stretch afterwards… this one is from lived experience, trust us, you will need to move after all that wrapping, so plan some time in for afterwards. Then you can spring out of bed tomorrow morning with all the energy to keep up with the little ones… or scroll our available appointments at Astral Fitness for the new year, because, finally, you are not willing to ignore how your body feels, and it is time to do something to make it better.

Remember: movement is not punishment for indulgence; it’s a gift to your wellbeing
