Sports Massage can be an important and effective tool to help you feel good and allow you to continue operating at your best even in stressful daily situations, such as work, or play.
Assessment Appointment
Movement can be just as effective with or without the addition of massage to your life, but what I will often tell people, is that massage can aid you and speed up the recovery of minor or major ailments to your muscles, tendons, or ligaments. If you want to go it alone, Jen and I are happy to see you for an assessment appointment and give you valuable advice to get you started and help you understand that you are on the right path to recovery.
If you have something going on that is a little more complex than Sports Massage alone will allow to help, then we will tell you that and be honest about it, and redirect you to see Andrea at Broughton Astley Physiotherapy for a diagnosis as well as further advice.
