You make a regular appointment with someone who is happy to put you through your paces and does all the thinking about what you need to do and how you need to progress. It is an easy way to just get your weekly workout done, and forgotten about, knowing that you have done what you needed to keep your body ticking over nicely for a whole week.
And yes, one workout a week is perfectly sufficient when combined with other general activities like walking regularly and the occasional swim, hike, horse ride, etc.

Whatever you decide to do to move your body, today is the best day to start. Don’t put it off until tomorrow, or the weekend, or the new year. Before you know it, months will have passed you by and you will still be feeling stiff and achy and wonder how to fix it.
You can visit us in the meantime to relieve some of that achiness, but sports massage is just a small part of the puzzle to stop your body hurting. It feels great, and you can probably get away with a monthly massage for a year or more and not do too much else. Movement wise, but it will catch up to you eventually.
Make time for your health.
Or you’ll be forced to make time for your illness.
