Online Digital CoursesApril is nearly finished, the weather is getting nicer, and it might finally feel like the time for you to get your health and fitness in hand so that you can enjoy a pain free summer this year.

Chloe has been working hard behind the scenes to bring you a new way of working with her with online digital courses to improve your mobility and overall health and fitness.

Four courses are now available for you on an online portal at

  • Beginners Neck Stretches
  • Beginners Neck Mobility
  • Beginners Shoulder Stretches
  • Beginners Shoulder Mobility

And the Facebook group Mastering Mobility is once again open and ready to help you.

Chloe will either record a video answering questions posed in the group, or go live, depending on the demand. Links to the courses will also be available in the group. If you aren’t a fan of Facebook groups, don’t worry, this one is different. There will not be constant posts demanding your attention or make you feel like it’s too much being a part of it… we all know groups like that! Once a week will be it, day to be confirmed, and if that needs to change Chloe will let you know.

Online Digital Courses

If you don’t fancy online courses, what else can you do to look after your mobility?

Get strong! That is the number one key to being fit and healthy, being strong. It is the closest thing to the fountain of youth you will ever find.

Not sure where to start and the online courses just aren’t for you? Get yourself to a gym and take advantage of their free induction to understand the machines and weights they have. United Strength & Conditioning is one such gym, and where Astral Fitness are proud to be located.

And if something doesn’t feel right, get yourself booked in with Chloe or Jen online at

Thank you for taking time to read this week’s blog – Online Digital Courses.
