Want to feel different? | New Year | January Part ThreeHello and welcome to this week’s blog, the third one in the New Year… where I am definitely not talking about a New You like everyone else around you. You – today, last year, next year – is perfect the way it is.

But…

What if you do want to feel different? Feel better? Feel more flexible? More mobile?

I have launched a brand-new group this month. For people just like you, who want to inject a little more movement, mobility, and flexibility into their lives. But are struggling to understand the why, how much is needed, and what exactly to do.

My Group – Want to feel different?

Find my new group at www.facebook.com/groups/masteringmobility and ask to join. It is open now and because it is brand new, you will be in the perfect place to be seen and heard. And to ask for exactly what you would like to see in the group, as it will be shaped by you and the other members within it.

Mobility & Flexibility

I will be addressing greater mobility, and a little bit about flexibility. The difference between them is that mobility is the range of movement at a joint. As opposed to how far your muscles will allow you to reach in one direction or another. I am by no means perfect at either, but I am not striving for perfection nor am I teaching it – lets face it, we are all too busy to commit hours and hours a day to achieve those kinds of goals, and none of us are elite athletes either! What you will find though, is how to improve YOUR body to get out of pain, or to prevent aches and pains in the future.
