Hello and welcome to this month’s blog, about the exciting changes that are happening here at astral Fitness this year.
A little while ago during that little hiccough we all know as the pandemic, there were a couple of lockdowns – remember those? During those times, I mulled over where I would like to be with my business, and what I would like to offer you that could help you more than I am already able to.
Jen Llewellyn, my new associate, was the first result of those musings. Do read my recent blogs to learn more about her.
The next result of my musings is that I am embarking on a Pilates course during this year. It may take some time to complete as I will fit in the course dates around my commitments, as it is a flexi course.
I am very excited about this, and the knowledge that I will be able to bring to your treatments as well as being able to offer one-to-one Pilates classes as well as group classes for specific issues – my main focus with the course will be low back pain, including hips, as well as neck pain.

Before all that happens though, I am now offering Massage & Mobility appointments, now live to book at www.astralfitness.co.uk/bookings/ where I will massage an area of concern to reduce pain and increase range of movement, then I will guide you through a specific mobility workout for that area to improve your longer term movement and learn what it is you need to do at home for yourself.
